RESERVE YOUR MAT
In order to guarantee your spot in class, we ask you to please reserve your mat online before coming to class.
HYRDRATE
Drink a lot of water! It is so important to keep hydrated for a healthy body and prep yourselves to workout in our heated studio.
WHAT TO BRING
Water. Mat. A towel. And most importantly, a positive attitude.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear something comfortable that you can move in. The room is dimly lit so you can focus on yourself.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel a class reservation with no charge up to 3 hours before the start of class. If you cancel with less than 3 hours before class (late cancel) you will lose the class. For memberships, you will be charged a $10 fee.
If you do not show for your class you will lose your class with no exceptions. For memberships, you will be charged a $20 no show fee.
RUNNING BEHIND
Again, we understand life happens but if you’re running behind your spot will be held up to 5 minutes after the beginning of class. Or just give us a call so we have a heads up.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
1. Arrive on time and sign in
Time is our most valuable commodity. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.
If you arrive five minutes or later to start time, without communication with the studio you forfeit your spot. If you need to leave early, please do so in a quiet and respectful manner. For your first class please arrive 15 minutes early. Be sure to let our front desk know that you are new. Can’t stay for savasana? Please position yourself by the door and try and leave before.
2. Remove your shoes and silence your phones
This is a bare foot studio. Please leave your shoes in the cubbies in the hall.
We love our community and encourage people to make friends, but please be mindful and respectful of your conversations- limiting them to the waiting area only and leaving your cell phone with your belongings. Our classes are a chance to escape the digital addictions and distractions we face in everyday life, offering you a rare chance to be fully present.
*Cell phone use is also limited to outside of the studio so we don’t disrupt others and most importantly, we don’t disrupt ourselves.
3. Respect the Space
This is a sacred space, a place to heal. The studio belongs to each and every one of us in the community. In order to keep it sacred please be mindful of equipment, the atmosphere, and each other. Be aware of your space. Our classes get packed, be neighborly by making room for them if its available. We are all inclusive. There closer the better!
4. Self-Care
We all take care of each other, it’s about time we start taking care of ourselves. The room is tight for a reason, the closer we are, the more we can feed off each other’s energy. Please do everyone a favor and practice good personal hygiene and limit heavy perfumes when in the studio.
5. Kindness and Gratitude
We’re all just trying to be better versions of ourselves. Above everything we all need a little courage to fly, wings to guide us, and a loving hand to catch us. Kindness and gratitude are free!
AFTER CLASS
Hydrate. Keep drinking plenty of water! Come back the next day... (even if you’re sore-it will help flush the lactic acid in your muscles).
